MOTORISTS are facing long delays after a lorry broke down on a busy Harwich roundabout this morning.
A broken-down lorry is partially blocking the Station Road and Parkeston Road roundabout, which connects with the A120.
This has caused heavy traffic to build in and around the area since approximately 5.30am.
Emergency services have been contacted for comment.
