DRIVERS in and around Tendring will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

But the news isn't too bad, with both of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start this week:

• A120, from 8pm October 6 to 5am October 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A120 both directions, Parkeston Roundabout to Ramsey Roundabout - two-way signals for drainage on behalf of Ringway.

• A120, from 8pm October 10 to 6am October 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A120 both directions, between Primrose Lane and Ramsey roundabout - works under traffic signals for chamber works on behalf of BT.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
