HAZELTON Beryl Joan Passed away peacefully on 12th October 2014, aged 84 years. Devoted Wife of the late David. She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends. Funeral Service to be held at Oakfield Wood Cemetery on Wednesday 22nd October at 11.00am.
