COOK John William Passed away peacefully on 18th March 2015 at Colchester General Hospital, aged 75 years. Beloved Husband of Helen. Much loved Dad to Dean and Kevin. Adored Grandad and Great Grandad. A dear Brother, Uncle and Friend. Funeral service to be held at Colchester Crematorium on Tuesday 14th April 2015 at 12.30pm. No flowers by request.
