HEARD Patricia Emily (Pat) Passed away peacefully on 15th August 2015, aged 84 years. Loving Wife of the late Vic, Mother to Linda, John & Andrew, also a loving Nana. Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium, Wednesday 23rd September at 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations to Essex Air Ambulance or St Helena Hospice c/o Co-op Funeral Services, 125/127 High Street, Dovercourt, Essex. CO12 3AX.
