MAYHEW David Alan Passed away suddenly on 9th April 2017 aged 67 years. Much loved Brother, Uncle and a friend to many. Funeral Service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 at 10.15am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to 'Help for Heroes' c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, Harwich, Essex, CO12 4QR.
