ATKINS Fay Lilian Sadly passed away at Ipswich Hospital on Saturday 29th July 2017 aged 83 years. Devoted Wife of Michael and much loved Mother to Matthew, Mother in Law to Claire and Grandmother to Polly, Flora, Fergus and Martha. Funeral Service to take place on Friday 25th August at 1.30pm at St Mary's Church, Dedham. Family flowers only, donations if desired to East Anglian Air Ambulance or Radiotherapy Dept at Ipswich Hospital (cheques for Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust 20556) may be sent to Geo.
