Human Resources Department Overview

The Human Resources department is responsible for assisting in the recruitment of competent employees, encouraging current employees to develop new skills and ensuring that Company policies are understood and applied fairly and consistently. The day-to-day role of the department varies greatly; from providing support to individuals and the management team, to creating and administering strategic projects for the development of the business, to presenting comprehensive training courses for the progression of our employees, as well as maintaining up to date and accurate personnel records for all our employees.

Our aim is to provide the necessary support to allow our employees to maximise their knowledge and expertise of our full media solutions package. This will enable them to provide the best possible customer experience whether it be via print, digital or home delivery product.
