A SINGER and musical director are reunited for the first time in 30 years when West Bergholt Concert Band presents Mozart to the Musicals in Clacton today.
The concert includes music from My Fair Lady, Louis Armstrong, Gershwin, the Beatles, Mancini, the Beach Boys, Mozart, Michael Buble and John Williams, and features special guest singer Karen Keith.
She joins forces with band musical director Graham Wilson at the West Cliff Theatre for the first time since they performed together while at Colbayns High School.
Graham said: “I can’t believe it’s 30 years since Karen and I were at Colbayns, but I’ll always remember her blowing us away with her wonderful singing, especially of show tunes."
The show starts at 3pm and will raise money for St Helena Hospice. Tickets are £8 (£7 over-60s) from the West Cliff Theatre box office on 01255 433344.
