THE legendary Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza starring Seventies pop idols the Osmonds comes to Clacton on for a sell-out show on tonight.

The tour started yesterday on the Isle of Wight and is stopping off at just 12 UK theatres.

Jimmy Osmond is looking forward to his Clacton debut.

"It’s truly the most wonderful time of the year, and my brothers Jay, Merrill and I are looking forward to once again bringing back some of that Christmas cheer," he said.

"Last year's UK Christmas tour was so much fun that we are bringing it back following the run in the USA.

"The Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza, is an American tradition that started in the Sixties and beloved around the world.

"It was Andy’s wishes and is now my great honour and privilege to continue his amazing legacy of family-friendly action-packed variety at its best."

Festive favourites include Silent Night, Last Christmas and Merry Christmas Everybody and Sleighride.

The Osmonds will also perform the mega hits that made famous such as Love Me for a Reason, Crazy Horses, Down By The Lazy River, Goin' Home, Let Me In and The Proud One.

All tickets for tonight's show are sold out.
