AN INNOVATIVE guesthouse and learning centre has been given the green light to be built.
Wrabness Hall Barn, a wooden Grade II listed building, will be used to teach horticultural skills to paying students.
Owner John Acton, who also helps to run The Mayflower Project, said it would create ten jobs and would also include a farm shop, bakery and kitchen.
The barn in Church Lane has been on the Essex Buildings at Risk Register since 2006 after it and other outbuildings were badly damaged by the 1987 great storm.
