Dovercourt store shortlisted for award

STAFF are all smiles after their store was shortlisted for an award.
The Original Factory Shop, in Kingsway, Dovercourt, has been shortlisted to receive a 2013 Retail Week Awards for the shop’s ‘shop online...offline’ service.
The service allows customers who do not have the internet or a credit card to receive goods at their home when they order in store and pay with cash.
Matthew Newell, store manager, said: “We haven’t won it yet, but we’re over the moon to have made it on the shortlist for such a prestigious award.
“This just recognises all the hard work our colleagues have put in since day one and highlights our dedication to always go the extra mile for our customers.”
The winner will be announced in March 2013.
