Engineering firm goes nationwide

AJ WOODS has taken its business nationwide by expanding in the north east.

The engineering firm has opened a workshop in the Port of Sunderland and a new office in Durham in another expansion into the offshore windfarm and renewable energies industries.

The deal will provide up to 60 jobs in the Sunderland area but business development manager Robert Day said the move will still benefit Harwich.

The expansion at Port of Sunderland will allow AJ Woods to offer a holistic service to the marine and energy service and to work closely with existing and new clients in the North East.

So dose this mean that the money given to this company for jobs and training in Harwich has not been used, in Harwich and has been taken to use in the new factories they have opened in the north east.

thought tony was a harwich person that wants the town to survive, its a funny way to show it by going elsewhere and where its not costing him a penny

Always judge someone by what they do and not by what they do!
