School expansion plans for gym

A SCHOOL wants to expand by building a new hall and updating its changing rooms.
Chase Lane Primary School in Dovercourt has applied to replace its current wooden changing facilities which are now out of date.
The current building has holes in the roof, severe damp and a disintegrating concrete floor.
The new build, near the school’s swimming pool, would include a hall which would double up as a gymnasium for drama, dance, music and PE.
