Pensioners fearful in home after yobs play dirty

“DISGUSTING moron yobs” are terrifying elderly residents by throwing bags of dog waste into their gardens.
About 45 bags have been taken from a dog bin in a field behind Elizabeth Road and Grange Road, Dovercourt, and pelted them over the back walls of elderly residents’ homes.
Eggs are also being thrown at the flats.
Tendring Council tried to take measures to stop the behaviour, by moving the dog bin across the field.
