A TOP-SELLING children’s author and sport’s journalist spent an afternoon sharing his stories with children.
Dan Freedman, author of the Jamie Johnson football themed children’s novels spent the afternoon with hundreds of lower school pupils at the Harwich and Dovercourt High School on Wednesday afternoon.
The youngsters watched clips of Dan interviewing England football team stars and listening to his experiences from working for the Football Association.
Andrew Dace, library manager at the school, said: “The kids loved him and were really excited about his experiences working with the England team.
“They asked lots of questions and he really got them interested in the subject."
