DODGY diners who left without paying a £520 bill have said they will pick up the tab.

Essex Police released CCTV of four people who racked up the bill at Milsoms restaurant in Dedham before leaving.

Following the photograph release, one of the diners phoned the restaurant and offered to settle the bill.

No payment had yet been received by the restaurant.

The three men and one woman had enjoyed a three-course meal including beef fillet and lamb shanks, as well as ordering two bottles of Dom Perignon champagne costing £148 each, during the meal on Saturday February 16.
