Four-way fight for Harwich by-election seat

FOUR candidates will contest a by-election for the Harwich West seat left vacant following the death of veteran councillor Les Double.
The Tendring Council poll will take place on March 28.
Lib Dem Simon Banks, Labour's John Hawkins, Community Representative Steven Henderson and Tory Hugh Thompson have thrown their hats into the ring in a four-way fight.
The Conservatives currently hold 33 of Tendring Council's 60 seats.
Voting will take place between 7am and 10pm.
