Street still trashed with rubbish despite plea

AN ENRAGED resident said his road is becoming a hotspot for rats because bin bags are dumped outside properties days before collection.
David Smith is pleading for the dirty “menace” to stop in Manor Road, Dovercourt.
Last week Harwich and Tendring councillors pointed out the disgusting problem, where black sacks have been ripped open by wild animals because they were put out on non-collection days.
David Smith, who lives on the street, said he has been complaining for six months.
