Essex County Council to launch mentoring service next month

A NEW mentoring service for alcohol and drug addicts will be launched next month.
The service, from national alcohol and drug treatment charity Foundation 66, has been commissioned by Essex County Council’s Drug and Alcohol Action Team.
It aims to match people in Essex who are receiving treatment for alcohol or drug addictions with a mentor who may have recovered from similar issues.
