Greater Anglia wins national award for customer satisfaction

RAIL operator Greater Anglia has won a national award for customer satisfaction.
The company was given the 2013 Achievement in Customer Satisfaction award at the British Quality Foundation's UK Excellence Awards.
Judges praised the train company for its work in raising customer service standards and close links with Network Rail to minimise weekend engineering work disruption.
Ruud Haket, managing director, said the operator was delighted to receive the major award.
