No further action for man arrested after fatal crash
POLICE have released a man from bail who was initially arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
The 25-year-old man was driving a silver Honda Civic behind Kyle Martin, 21, who died after his Volkswagen Polo collided with a BMW 318 on Brickman's Hill near Bradfield.
After a thorough investigation, police have found no evidence to suggest the Civic driver was at fault for the collision.
No further action will be taken against the man and an inquest will be held by a coroner.
