BUSINESS in Tendring could get the chance to bid for a share of a £2million cash pot.
The money, in the form of match-funding, will be available to help around 100 small and medium size firms in the creative sector.
These businesses include visual arts, art and antiques dealing, craft, film, fashion design and many more.
It will be up to companies in Tendring, Hastings and Thanet to put forward an application - and the grants can be for both capital and revenue initiatives.
The cash is coming from the South East Urban Coast Creative Enterprise Support Scheme (SUCCESS) programme and will be up for grabs from January through until December 2014.
Under the scheme applicants can try to secure between £3,000 all the way up to £150,000.
