SANTA and his sleigh will again be travelling around the streets of Manningtree to spread festive joy and raise money for the Rotary Club.
With his music playing, the Manningtree Stour Valley Rotary Club’s Santa will visit residential roads and supermarkets up until Christmas eve to help local charities.
Rotary club president, Margaret Matthews, said: "It's a delight to see the smiles on children's faces when they see Santa and our club is grateful to all the householders in Manningtree, Mistley, and Lawford who give generously to our annual collection for local charities.
“Some even save their small change throughout the year and unload bags of coins into our collecting buckets.”
Santa will be parking his sleigh at Fiveways, Manningtree on Christmas Eve to add to the Christmas festivities.
The proceeds from all of the collections go to local charities announced after Christmas.
