A WORLD-CLASS oboe player will be treating an audience to a classical music spectacular.
Peter Facer will showcase Bach, Schumann and Patterson while accompanied by pianist Simon Lane.
Facer, who studied music at Girton College Cambridge, plays a Marigaux oboe.
Constable Hall in East Bergholt will play host to the recital which takes place on January 17 from 8pm and is supported by the Countess of Muster Recital Scheme.
The programme begins with works by Saint Saens and Schumann and then Schubert and Bach.
Facer will also perform the Phoenix Sonata by Paul Patterson which originated from the Phoenix Concerto for oboe and string orchestra.
Tickets cost £12.50 and can be purchased on the door
