A NEW indoor market is set to arrive in Dovercourt to give shoppers more choice.
Local entrepreneur Michelle Oppezzo-Scott, who runs a craft stall called MOS Creative at the Enterprise Centre in Parkeston, is organising a sale every other Friday in Kingsway Hall to complement the market that takes place on the High Street on the same day.
The new venture will begin on February 7 with tables at the event initially costing £7.50 and people already signed up for the first edition include crafts, cosmetics, general table top items and even a vinyl stall.
“I want to bring a bit more life to the town on market days, bring something new to the town and get people in to see Kingsway hall which public do not realise is available for hire,” she said.
Doors will be open at the hall from 9.30am until 1.30pm with stall holders allowed to set up at 8am.
