IT will be a wild time at the theatre when Calamity Jane rides in.
Brantham Amateur Theatre Society will be performing the show of the gun-toting Wild West girl next week at Brantham Village Hall.
The musical is based on the reallife story of frontiers woman Martha Jane Canary and has a typical Western background of scouts, barrooms, gold miners and showgirls.
A chorus of both adults and children will tell the story of Calamity who rides the stagecoach for Deadwood City, protecting the fares from Indians.
The feel-good musical will run from February 19 to 22 at 7.30pm with a matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday 22.
Tickets are priced at £8 for adults and £6 for children, and are available on 01206 396674, by texting 07891 974844 or from Bakes and Blossoms Cafe in Acacia Court, Brantham.
