A SITE which could be used for offshore renewable energy is up for grabs.
Tendring Council is looking for bidders for Gas House Quay in Harwich which has the potential to be used for business or to create jobs.
The council took possession of the site in January after previous tenants AJ Woods went into administration.
The quay is attached to Trinity House and council leader Mick Page believes the best decision is to let the site.
“Our assets team will prepare tender documents to go out and proposals will be considered by the cabinet,” he said.
Anyone wanting further details should email assets@tendringdc.gov.uk by the end of March.
