Pub is best for cider in Tendring

Harwich's Alma Inn has been named cider pub of the year in Tendring.
The popular pub that dates back to the 1850s, in King's Head Street, retained it's title from last year's Campaign for Real Ale competition.
It narrowly missed out on the overall pub of the year spot, which went to the Old Lifeboat House in Clacton.
Pubs were graded by beer-lovers on a number of criteria, including quality of real ale, decor, atmosphere and welcome.
The New Bell Inn in Harwich was also shortlisted for the pub of the year title, while Ye Olde Cherry Tree in Little Oakley was shortlisted for cider pub of the year.
