A CHOIR are going on a European adventure to take part in a music festival.
The Grange Co-operative Singers, who formed more than 40 years ago in the former building at the Harwich School, will travel to a choir festival in the Hook of Holland on Saturday.
They are performing as guests of the Hook of Holland Accordion Orchestra who have also performed in St Nicholas’ Church several times.
Conductor Anna Rendell-Knights said: “We have had a long association with the orchestra and we are absolutely looking forward to this festival.
“We will be singing five songs and it is a pleasure to be going because they are wonderful people.”
Approximately 30 choirs are performing at the event over two weekends.
