A COMMUNITY shop has been given permission to amend their opening hours.
The trustees of Wrabness Community Shop sought permission from Tendring Council to allow them to open earlier and stay open later.
The shop was started by volunteers three years ago.
It moved to new premises in Black Boy Lane in September and an adjoining cafe was opened.
Under the proposals the shop is able to open between 8am and 8pm on Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sunday, with the cafe able to stay open until 10pm on Sunday and 11pm on other nights.
