A COFFEE morning is being held to fund new play equipment in Ramsey and to support a charity for a little girl.
The event, called Coffee and Catch up, will be held on June 20 from 10.30am at Ramsey War Memorial Hall in Church Hill.
All money will be split between an ongoing project to raise cash for upgrades to the play equipment and For the Love of Maisy appeal, which aims to fund sensory and other equipment for the nine-year-old who is blind, epileptic and has cerebral palsy.
Suzanne Howe, one of the organisers, said: "The play equipment is to replace 25 plus year old exisiting equipment with a new all inclusive enclosed play area for toddlers up to12 years and also trim trail area for teens and adults to use.
"Maisy Munnery is being supported as we felt it would be a way of further bringing our community together and working hand in hand with other local good causes."
