MORE than 100 homes are set for a factory site and on land formerly used for a health centre.
Sato UK has applied to Tendring Council for outline permission to build 96 homes on its factory site in Valley Road, Dovercourt, while G&K Ground Works has requested permission for 24 flats on the former health centre site in Main Road.
Labelling factory Sato UK wants to move to another site in Tendring and plans to finance the move by selling the company’s current home with the outline permission in place.
At the former health centre in Main Road, G&K Ground Works hopes to demolish the building and put up two blocks of flats. Each will have 12 two-bedroom apartments.
