AN octet of outstanding musicians from Hungary will be returning to the Electric Palace for an evening of jazz next week.

The Bohem Jazz Band will be travelling from eastern Europe with their unique combination of tunes from their homeland along with a selection of American classics.

Having previously performed at the historic venue in 2012 and 2013 the group are no strangers to Harwich and are sure to bring their infectious dynamism and sense of fun to the stage once again.

This will be the only venue in the East of England the group will perform during their current tour.

The band have appeared at a huge array of the greatest jazz festivals across the world including in Montreux, Sacramento, Oslo, Rimini and Berlin bringing them a wide range of fans from the UK and Italy to Romania and Canada.

Music from the teens, twenties and thirties from the 20th century will be on offer with outstanding skill laced with humour.

Tickets for the show on Thursday at 8pm are £10 and available from the Electric Palace box office or by calling 07786 744789.
