POM poms were at the ready as youngsters got top tips on cheerleading.
The group got to try out formations, box splits and lifts as part of the class at Mistley Kids Club.
HRC All Stars Cheerleading ran the class on Tuesday with Holly Robertson Connell and John Clements teaching the kids.
Claire Moss, who runs Mistley Kids Club, said: “It was lovely, she has come a couple of times this summer.
“They all really, really enjoyed it and some are now going to go along to her classes.
“It was really exciting for the children and is great team building.”
She added: “They were dancing and doing lifts and at the end of the day they put on a show for everyone.”
The class was part of a series of activities which have kept youngsters in the town occupied throughout the summer holidays.
