A DISCOUNT superstore will open next Saturday.

Home Bargains has been putting the finishing touches to its new store next to the Harwich Gateway Retail Park, in Freshfields Road, Dovercourt.

The store is listed as opening on November 29 on the Home Bargain’s website.

TJ Morris was given permission for the store in January 2013 and had hoped to open last Christmas but the scheme was delayed.

The store brands itself as the “Harrods of discount sellers” and the Harwich branch is expected to create 45 jobs.
