A CHOIR sung out to celebrate the opening of Dovercourt’s newly revamped leisure facility.
Sports clubs, groups, schools and even long-standing customers gathered at the former Dovercourt Swimming Pool for its rebirth as Dovercourt Bay Lifestyles on Wednesday.
The site, run by Tendring Council, now has a ground floor fitness suite with top of the range equipment and new village-style changing facilities, showers, toilets, reception area, storage rooms and a fitness consulting room.
Harwich and Dovercourt High School Choir performed at the reopening as did Chase Lane Primary School Band.
