MANNINGTREE’S “mini department store” has celebrated its first birthday by handing out cakes to customers.
Creatively Crafty moved to South Street last year.
Workshops will be held next month to help people develop their floristry, crochet, sewing and language skills.
Jenine Collier runs the business, which sees people rent shop space.
Last year, the shop raised £600 for charity, split between Breast Cancer Research, Macmillan Cancer Support, EACH and the local branch of the Royal British Legion.
This year, Creatively Crafty is helping the air ambulance and the special care baby unit at Colchester General Hospital.
