A YOUNG fundraiser has donated 18 inches of her hair to help other children who have lost their own through illness.
Seven-year-old Jorja Boone had her waist-length locks cut off to raise money for the Little Princess Trust. Her hair will now go towards making wigs for children who have lost their hair because of cancer.
Prior to her having her locks chopped off at Hair by the Station in Harwich, she had only had it trimmed twice.
She hopes her fundraising will total £500 with £239 already raised through her Just Giving page.
Mum Kimberley said: “She looks so grown up now.”
