A MAYOR’S reception has recognised the long service of two council archivists.
Ray Plummer and Anne Kemp-Luck have marked ten years working together at Harwich Town Council.
The anniversary coincided with the official opening of the council’s new archive centre on the top floor of the Guildhall, in Church Street.
Harwich mayor Alan Todd said: “Ray and Anne’s knowledge, expertise and dedication are truly remarkable and we are extremely fortunate to have them looking after one of Harwich’s greatest assets.”
