Baker cooks up treats for coeliac awareness week
A FOOD ingredients factory created gluten-free cakes and biscuits for a coeliac group to celebrate a national awareness week.
Edme in Mistley installed a new state-of-the-art gluten-free mill earlier this year, which produces flour from cereals and pulses.
They put the machine to good use ready for Coeliac Awareness Week from May 11 to 17 by using some of the flour to make up treats for the Colchester and Ipswich Coeliac UK groups.
