Little Clacton enjoy big win
LITTLE Clacton’s ladies racked up two more victories.
In division five of the Colchester and District League, Frinton’s D team were no match for Little Clacton, losing 9-0.
This is the third consecutive match they have won by that score.
The winning pairs were Kay Mansfield and Sarah Fulcher, Judith Kent and June Ratford and Kim Cade and Louise Thomas-Unger.
In the Colchester Friendly League, under a slightly different format, Little Clacton’s ladies beat Colchester Lawn by 42 games to 24.
Kent and Cade were unbeaten by an opponent.
A big test this week will be the mixed match between Little Clacton and Lexden Raquets Club.
