VISIT an oasis of peace and tranquility in Dovercourt tomorrow and take part in a charity stroll around Bobbit’s Hole Nature Reserve.

The gates will be open with entry by donation, allowing everyone a chance to see inside the wildlife haven tucked behind a supermarket car park.

Participants in the Bobbit’s Stroll each year help to raise money for a charity chosen by the Harwich Society for the pleasure of visiting the beauty spot.

This year’s cause is Canine Partners, a charity providing specially trained dogs for disabled people to assist with everyday tasks such as opening and closing doors, picking up dropped items and getting help in an emergency.

Admission is free, with visitors asked simply to donate what they can before enjoying the beautiful scenic routes around the trails.

Bobbit’s Stroll takes place between 10am and 3pm and the venue is accessed through the gate in the Asda supermarket car park in Main Road, Dovercourt.
