Walking football club to start up in Lawford
A WALKING football club is starting in Lawford.
The sport, which was started for the over-50s to stay fit and keep enjoying the beautiful game, will be launched at 2.30pm on October 4 at Foxash Social Club in Harwich Road.
The first session will go over the rules, which include no running and keeping the ball under head height.
