YOUNGSTERS enjoyed some pony petting and rides at a determined mum’s meningitis fundraiser.
Hayley Hunt, from Brantham, organised the event after her daughter Amara was struck with a serious case of bacterial meningitis when she was two weeks old.
There were a range of pony-related activities for the children to enjoy at private stables in Wrabness Road, Ramsey, on Monday October 26.
Hayley said: “It’s gone really well and everyone has really enjoyed it.
“We had one group doing riding, one doing grooming and another doing a Halloween nature trail.”
The nature trail included some spooky clues for the children to follow to solve a mystery.
