Police appeal for witnesses after man exposes himself in Dovercourt
POLICE have released an appeal for witnesses after a man exposed himself in Dovercourt.
The incident happened at around 6.30pm on Saturday, July 23, in Williamsburg Avenue.
A man described as white, aged in his early 20s, walked past a woman and exposed himself to her.
He is described as tall and of stocky build, with dark brown hair and clean shaven.
He was wearing orange/brown checked shorts with an elasticated waist, a dark-coloured short sleeved polo shirt and trainers without socks.
Anybody who recognises the man from the description or who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Pc Nikki Heath at Harwich on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
