Chelmsford - Robert Venning is at Magistrates' Court today
A MAN charged with a series of offences including a burglary and theft from shops in Harwich will appear before Magistrates today.
Robert Mark Venning, 25, of Great Yarmouth, in Norfolk, was arrested last night.
He has been charged with burglary, possession of a Class B or C drug, criminal damage, three counts of theft by shoplifting and a public order offence.
Venning will now attend Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
