RAILWAY station staff have received top marks in a mystery shopper customer service exercise.
Teams at Marks Tey and Manningtree stations scored 100 per cent in the five categories used to assess performance by Greater Anglia which include appearance, efficiency, ownership, professionalism and interaction.
Customer service director Andrew Goodrum said: "I would like to congratulate the teams at these stations who are working hard to provide excellent customer service.
"From the moment customers begin their journey with us, we want it to be the best possible experience, with staff who are friendly, helpful and professional and I know our teams at other Greater Anglia stations will be working hard to achieve these standards.”
