A MAN has appeared in court on suspicion of filming a person in the shower without their permission and possessing extreme pornographic images involving an animal.

Matthew Creese showed not indication of his plea when he appeared at Colchester Magistrates Court.

Creese, 33, of Clough Road, Spalding, is accused of filming the victim in the shower using his mobile phone without their consent for sexual gratification in Clacton.

He is also accused of possessing three extreme pornographic images of a donkey, chicken and a dog which were deemed “grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character”.

David Bryant, prosecuting, said the images featured three acts of bestiality or sexual acts and were all of an explicit description.

Creese will appear before Chelmsford Crown Court
