A CHURCH group held a wedding exhibition to celebrate marriages from the past.
It took place at All Saints Church, Vange and was arranged by the Friends of All Saints Church.
There were old pictures and even dresses from past celebrations of couples.
The public were invited to send in their pictures and to visit during the weekend.
Chairman Freda Lockett said: “There was a display of more than 100 wedding photos from the 1920s to the 1990s when the last wedding took place at All Saints.
“Everyone who visited the old church was fascinated by the photos and many found people they had known – either old school friends or neighbours – or had been bridesmaids to couples in the photos.
“It was a very good weekend with many happy visitors at a lovely old church.”
